The Cambay Tiger is one of India’s finest seafood and meat companies. They are known for their consistency in freshness, in both fresh and ready-to-eat segments. Surprisingly they had a very low brand recall value amongst their larger target base, and we came with the solutions.

We started by connecting every point of sale, merging operations and in turn, created new SOPs with a single system, across online and offline. It resulted in a holistic and seamless seafood purchasing experience.
