Chief Digital Officer

With two decades shaping digital strategy across technology ventures, Tarun bridges brand thinking, AI, and business strategy to create intelligent experiences that drive competitive advantage. An IIT Delhi postgraduate, Tarun co-founded Brand Fanatics, a creative first digital marketing agency, and Technium Labs, a venture-backed learning platform, and led global growth at Aptech Limited as Senior Vice President. At PracticeNext, he helps brands navigate complexity with clarity and deploy technology with purpose.
Dimple

Art Director

With 15+ years crafting brand identities and digital experiences, Dimple brings clarity to complexity and emotion to execution. Her work spans Saint-Gobain, Flipkart, The Hillcart Tales, Absorbia, and Hinduja Group where visual strategy translates directly to business impact. At PracticeNext, she leads brand and digital product design, balancing creative vision with commercial rigor. An Applied Art graduate from Mumbai University with a PG Diploma in Digital Design from C-DAC, Dimple combines technical precision with intuitive creativity. As an advanced yoga practitioner, she brings the same discipline to design: intentional, balanced, and purposeful.

With 10+ years building full-stack systems for commerce and mobility platforms serving millions, Ajay architects solutions that scale without compromise. At PracticeNext, he leads technology, architecture, and product engineering—bringing award-winning AI innovation and systems design expertise that keeps clients ahead of the curve. An IIT Bombay graduate with an engineer's obsession for solving hard problems fast, Ajay transforms ambitious ideas into production ready solutions with uncommon speed and precision. Challenge him with complexity, and he'll deliver elegant architecture while others are still mapping requirements.

UX Consultant

With 10+ years designing digital products for millions across hospitality, logistics, BFSI, D2C, B2B and consumer goods, Aditya creates experiences where complexity disappears and conversion becomes intuitive. He doesn't just design interfaces, he architects ecosystems, staying actively involved from UX strategy through development, including chatbots, APIs, and the technical integrations that make seamless experiences possible. A graduate of Amity International Business School, Aditya leads product and experience design at Practice Next, where every design decision serves both user intent and business impact.
